Alex Halsted
Psychologist
I am originally from London and have been living in this beautiful part of the world for 16 years now. My therapeutic approach, as a psychologist, has a foundation of mindfulness and self-compassion, helping to develop more awareness towards all the different aspects that make us who we are and becoming more present to each moment around us while learning to treat ourselves in a kind, loving and nurturing way.
My practise has become increasingly focused on trauma work over the years, which includes the somatically-based 'Internal Tracking' psychotherapy, Inner Child Work, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), 'Parts' work and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I also have particular interest in Eco-Psychology and believe we cannot seperate the healing of ourselves with connection and healing of the land. I also have a passion for supporting people on their unique spiritual path and discovering more meaning and purpose in their lives.
Jill Hely
Psychologist
My intention is to help you restore your energy through your innate capacity to heal. I'm in the zone when I'm helping people find a way through chronic stress, burnout and trauma recovery. As a generalist, I'm experienced across the full range of clinical (ie: diagnosable) and non-clinical (ie: life) issues that people may face.
I mainly draw from my training in Compassion Focussed Therapy, Meditation, CBT and EMDR, paying careful attention to the impact of thoughts and memories on physical feelings and somatic sensations; how and where our emotions impact on us physically (how our feelings FEEL), and how we store trauma in our bodies over time.
I aim to ensure that my clients are equipped with psychological resources and skills to be ready to address their trauma, and am fascinated by health psychology, biohacking strategies and cutting edge therapies, as well as by biological ways to shift mood & state of mind by meeting our bodies needs for nutrition, sleep & movement. I believe in a wholistic approach to mental health; considering childhood and family issues, our beliefs about ourselves and the world, past traumas, health issues, neurodivergence, and balancing all of our priorities like study, work, caring and relationships with the need to care for ourselves.

Danni Auch
Life Coach and Remedial Massage Therapist
For over 20 years, I’ve walked the path of holistic healing — not just as a practitioner, but as a lifelong student of the body, mind, and spirit. My journey began with Homeopathy, and it opened my eyes to how deeply we can heal when we treat the whole person- mentally, emotionally, and physically. That early spark of curiosity and compassion led me to explore the power of the mind, through NLP, Time Line Therapy®, and Hypnosis - helping clients release old patterns, shift negative beliefs, and reconnect with their inner strength. More recently, I’ve been called into the exciting world of Quantum Biology and Circadian Rhythm- natural tools that work with light, water, and magnetism to restore balance at the cellular level. I believe healing isn’t something we chase — it’s something we align with.
Today, I bring together everything I’ve learned to help you not only heal deeply, but understand how to stay well. This is healing, yes - but also prevention, empowerment, and a return to your true nature. If you’re ready to feel more alive, more balanced, and more you, I’m here to walk that path with you. I now offer a unique combination of modalities, including life coaching/ confidence coaching, health assessment with QRMA, quantum biology & circadian health, NLP and Time Line Therapy®, homeopathy, and remedial massage. It’s both a healing journey and a preventative path — empowering you to lead, not chase, your well-being.
Melissa Abeit
Psychologist
I'm Melissa, and it’s my privilege to support people as they heal from trauma and navigate life's challenges. I work with people who have experienced trauma across the lifespan, including generational, gestational, perinatal, early childhood, and later-life experiences. Life can be incredibly tough at times, and many people carry the effects of trauma without realising that healing, growth, and meaningful change are possible.
I have worked for many years as a trauma counsellor among refugee communities in Coffs Harbour, and I value the opportunity to support people as they make sense of their experiences and reconnect with their strengths, resilience, and sense of self.
My work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed practice. Depending on each person's needs and goals, I draw on approaches including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR). I have also worked as a neurofeedback counsellor, supporting clients to better understand how trauma can affect the brain, nervous system, and body.
Where appropriate, I may incorporate biofeedback to support emotional regulation alongside other therapeutic approaches such as Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or tapping). My aim is always to work collaboratively, tailoring therapy to each person's unique experiences, strengths, and preferences.
Outside of my work, I am happiest when I’m out in nature. I deeply value the sense of calm, perspective, and connection that the natural world can offer. With a background in outdoor leadership, bush school facilitation, and nature-based group work, I can also offer outdoor therapy sessions when appropriate. For many people, being outdoors creates a gentle and grounding space that supports reflection, connection, and healing.

Amy Moon
Homeopath and Remedial Massage Therapist
I have been working in the Natural Health industry for over 20 years. I have a deep curiosity for the connection between our mind & body. How our emotions influence our biology, and how traumatic experiences big & small lodge deeply into our cells affecting how we see the world, & impacts our physical health. My aim is to better understand the links between the mind & body & ways in which to heal, mentally, emotionally & physically.
I offer various Natural Therapies for healing including:
Homeopath & Herbs. Natural medicines & foods to support your Emotional Wellbeing
Emotional Roots Therapy: where I work with people to discover the messages from the body, looking at the link between physical health, emotions, beliefs & experiences. Including:
inner Child Work, Part & Somatic release. Various massage treatments for injury management & to relieve stress & tension from the body. These include Remedial Massage, Lymphatic Drainage. Therapeutic Massage, Somatic Massage & Hot Stones.
My journey into Natural Medicine started with a Bachelor of Health Science, Complementary Medicine. An Advanced Diploma in Homeopathy & a Diploma in Remedial Massage. Later I went on to study Herbal Medicine. Treating health conditions with natural medicines & massage eased symptoms & increased health & resilience but I felt there was still a piece of the puzzle missing. More recently I have learnt Root Case Practise which looks at the psychology behind illness. Discovering the links between the mind & body with Root Cause Sessions & supporting the body with natural medicines has been a game changer. This is a truly holistic approach to health & healing.
